Apart from the name, when I read what this device is for I thought WOW now this could actually help people who do not know how much they are doing in just the day. The Fitbit clips on easily to your shirt or in your pocket, and it records every step or movement you make and it will track all back to a computer to tell you how many calories you have burnt. It even records your sleep patterns.
