Paprika Watermead, Leicester – Restaurant Review

Team Tara has been to Paprika on a number of occasions and would definitely go there again. As the majority of the time the food has been very good and it has only let itself down on the very rare occasion where their Sizzler was not up to scratch and was not even sizzling. A good thing about Paprika is that you have a choice of the bar food, which goes down quite nicely with a pint or two, and the restaurant to eat. The Bar Menu items are from the main restaurant menu.

The best time to go would be on a Tuesday or a Thursday when they do buy-one-get-one-free on starters and main courses as then you are truly getting value for money. However, when you go on other days I would say that you are paying for more than the food is worth as the majority of dishes are nothing special.

One of the good things I like about Paprika is that there bar area is nice place to relax and have a few drinks with your friends before or after the meal, though it can get busy on the weekends. Another of the main plus points is that it does have a very good size car park which can be a problem when you go to eat at other places on Melton/Belgrave Road.

Overall I would say the food is very nice and worth going back for. The restaurant itself is adequate, with an ok décor and atmosphere. One of the plus points of the restaurant is that they have plenty of room and tables of different sizes to suit all group sizes.
