Quick And Easy Indian Snack Foods: Pizza Wrap

Looking for a really quick and easy meal, either for lunch or dinner? Then try this Mexican style Pizza Wrap recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 5-6 Mushrooms
  • 1-2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Bowl of ready to Stir Fry Salad
  • Fajita Sauce
  • 1 Sachet of Fajita spicy mix
  • 1 pack of Fajita Tortillas
  • Cooking oil
  • Frying pan

Firstly chop the Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Red Onions in to medium size pieces ready to stir fry and take out the stir fry salad and wash it ready to stir fry. Then take the frying pan and add 1-2 tbsp oil to stir fry all the vegetables individually. This is because the Mushroom don’t take time to stir fry and the salad, bell peppers and onions take slightly longer to cook.

Make sure you don’t over-cook..you want the vegetable to be slightly crunchier.

Once all the vegetables are stir fried..add the Fajita Sauce and Spicy mix and mix well.

The filling mixture Should look like this.

Then in the same frying pan..add 1 tbsp of oil and take 2 tortillas out and place it and let it cook till golden brown on both sides of the tortillas one by one and then take your mixture and spread it over one side of the tortilla while in the frying pan and then place the other cooked tortilla over the mixture spread. Press gently so the tortillas and mixture all stick together and flip carefully using a spatula. Let the Pizza cook for a few minutes on both sides and take out on to a plate. Cut into quarterly sizes and serve with Sauce or Mint Chutney.

Perfect for lunch or dinner, depending on how much time you have! 😉
