Here’s another quick and easy recipe perfect for a morning or lunch snack or even as part of a main meal starter. Like me, have you always wondered on how to make pizzas easily without the effort of making the base, which can be really time consuming? Well, here’s one way of solving that problem, if you’re short of time, try this quick recipe:
- 4 slices of Whole wheat Bread or any other bread of your choice
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Chopped Green Chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tbsp grated Garlic
- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- Olive Oil
All you need to do is take a big bowl and mix all the above ingredients together and just spread it evenly on to your bread slices and put them into the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts. The paste should start to look like a pizza topping.
Don’t forget you can use any vegetables of your choice.
And…VOILÀ! Bread Pizzas are ready to be eaten!
