Lifetime Lasting Beauty Tips

It is best to take care of your hair, face and body to enhance your natural beauty. Not even the best branded makeup can compete with glamour of natural beauty, so make sure you take care yourself using the right methods and products to boost your natural beauty which lasts a lifetime. Plus, if you take care of your skin in the right way then your skin will be naturally radiant and clear, which will save you money on buying expensive cosmetics for fake radiance.

HAIRCARE

You should not shampoo your hair everyday as shampoos contain strong ingredients which remove the natural oils that keep your hair strong and shiny. However, if you have oily hair or wish to wash your hair everyday then you must use shampoos made for frequent use.

You must oil your hair at least once a week. Oiling hair has many benefits such as, it hydrates and moistures your hair, it has the right nutrition for healthy hair, it prevents hair loss, dandruff and dry hair and it is more effective than using any cosmetics or hair treatments. Personally, I would recommend coconut or almond oil for oiling hair as they help with hair growth, strong hair, minimises hair loss and helps the damaged hair to grow healthily.

FACECARE

Wipe a cotton wool soaked in Rose water all over your face twice a day; this will help to make your skin radiant. Also, whenever you feel a spot occurring then put some Rose water over it using cotton wool which will prevent the spot from developing and scarring.

For clear and fair skin, mix sundried orange peels with milk and apply this paste for 25 minutes and wash it off with soapy water. (Apply the paste 2/3 times weekly)

BODYCARE

Drinking 6-8 glasses of water everyday lessens your appetite so you will not need to munch on junk food between meals which only widens your calories intake. Whereas, drinking a lot of water reduces fat deposits in your body, gets rid of body water and toxins and helps with muscle toning. Plus, drinking plenty of cold water helps in weight loss.

FOOTCARE

While having a bath you should scrub your feet with a pumice stone to get rid of dry or white skin which hardens heels. Use the pumice stone near the end of the bath as then your skin is soft so it will be easier to remove dry skin.

After a shower/bath then you must moisturise your body with a good moisturiser to maintain soft skin.

Let me know if you have any tips for boosting natural beauty…
