Half Season Ticket At The Walkers Is Excellent Value

This season, after the good season we’ve had, I have tried getting to most matches and now I will not be missing a home match until the season is over as my brother, knowing the passion I have for supporting my home town club, has purchased me a mini season ticket. When it arrived the other day I had the same feeling of a “kid in a candy store” with the mouth watering fixtures which are due to be played between now and the end of the season.

It could result in a first appearance at the new Wembley stadium after being regular visitors there in the Martin O’Neill era. We have maintained a playoff spot for most of the season so if we can sustain the current form then I can see no reason why we shouldn’t be able to gain a playoff place.

After starting the post yesterday I have just returned from the match where our boys beat Cardiff by a goal, scored in the first half by Martyn Waghorn the loan striker from Sunderland. Watching the foxes all season I believe we are currently putting our best run of the season together at the business end of the season. We have always been successful in recent years when we have reached Wembley final’s and I believe this season will be no different, our players have shown their best performances in front of big crowds and playing in front of 90,000 plus will surely be no different.

I am looking forward to the remaining matches I will be attending, once again the football fever has hit me and great timing for it too with the World Cup starting in the next couple of months. I think there are going to be lots of barbecue’s this summer if the weather obliges, which will make this summer a memorable one.
