Well it’s not every day you see a man dressed in red, 9 o clock in the morning, freezing British weather, in thongs, and singing on the streets of Nottinghamshire. But, today on the morning of the 5th of March, that is exactly what happened.

As I was going past the Heart FM studio, on City Link, Nottingham, I heard on my favourite radio station Heart FM, the breakfast show with Sam and Amy mentioned that Dangerous Dave would be singing the Friday song at the time, the same time as I was coincidentally driving past it believe it or not. So I got tempted to witness such a moment and joined in the song live on air.

Heart is raising money for their new charity ‘Have a Heart Appeal supporting Starlight’ and on the 19th March, they are having a dress red day to support the charity. Hence the fact Dangerous Dave was dressed in Red, or half dressed should I say. The charity helps the seriously and terminally ill children in granting their wishes and help with hospital entertainment.

Dangerous Dave in the person that goes out of the studio and does the wild things whilst the show is live on air. You would feel sorry for the bloke with the jobs they make him do (the picture I took says it all). From what I witnessed I’m sure he was forced into the task, as there were no smiles or jokes from him – bless him.

In the past Heart has got him to copy Beyonce’s single lady video, and Dangerous Dave has also done some gritting for local residents, I just wonder what’s next?
